Meet The Team

The First Aid Training College Ltd is owned and run by qualified Ambulance and Emergency Medical staff with years of experience in ambulance, trauma, rescue and aviation emergency care. Who better to teach first aid and CPR than an instructor who has actually experienced a wide variety of emergencies in real life?
All our instructors have teaching qualifications and are active members of the Resuscitation Council (UK) and are annually assessed for their teaching status.

Adrian Munday – Managing Director and Instructor

Adrian started teaching first aid at the age of 19 in South Africa. Whilst studying for his degree in management and a further honours degree in education, he worked part time for the Natal Provincial Ambulance Service and the South Africa Red Cross Air Mercy Service. He later went on to own a private ambulance service linked with a helicopter rescue service and training company.

Adrian has over 31 years of both practical emergency medical care and emergency care teaching. He is a Master Scuba Diver, Dive Medical Technician and also teaches diving first aid.

Paul Munday – Training & Quality Director and Instructor

Paul has over 27 years operational and training experience in the emergency medical environment, including both civilian and military environments, with over 19 years’ experience managing and quality assuring training programmes and trainers.

He is professionally registered with the HCPC as a Paramedic, is a full member of the College of Paramedics and the British Institute for Learning & Development.

He established and headed the Northern Cape Ambulance Training College in South Africa and is also the author of a series of medical, facilitation skills and mandatory training manuals.

Kevin Rama – Associate Instructor

Kevin Graduated with a Diploma in nursing from Thames Valley University and qualified as an RMN. He worked in the NHS as a staff nurse and progressed in his nursing career to a Charge Nurse, Deputy Ward Manager and Ward Manager.

Whilst working in the NHS He continued his further post graduate education and obtained a Teaching Qualification and a Diploma in Healthcare Management. He continued his studies and completed a Professional Certificate in Management Studies and a Diploma in Management Studies at the Open University and Middlesex University.

He then joined the Independent Health Care Sector as a Clinical Practice Leader and completed his MA Management degree from University Of Hertfordshire. He worked as a management consultant as an intern for 2 years to gain work experience

He continued his professional development by commencing on a BSc Mental Health studies degree. He completed the Blended Learning Instructor Course in 2011 and also completed an Immediate Life Support Instructor and EFAW instructor course in 2014 and 2015. He has been an instructor for Mandatory training since 2011 and has delivered over 1000 hours of teaching.

Kevin has over 20 years of both practical Mental Health leadership, Consultancy, Nursing care and teaching. He is a Member of the NMC, CMI and the Royal college of Nursing
